Some of the hottest and sexiest tattoos I've ever seen are those on the lower backs of cute girls. Caution is necessary, however, because some lower back tattoo look a little unscrupulous. Find the best artist and don't worry about paying a lot. This will be on your body forever. It's like a permanent piece of clothing.
